Hi! I’m Anna, the owner and artist behind Barrito Ceramics.

Raised in Oaxaca, Mexico, and now based in San Diego, I pull inspiration from my childhood where I spent countless hours playing in and with Oaxaca’s rich red clay as well as the vibrancy and colors of my Mexican culture. Barrito - which means little clay in Spanish - was born in 2023 while living in Detroit and is an expression of joy, curiosity, and lessons in letting go. Thank you for joining along for the ride.
